El sábado 7 de Julio, el presidente de Aragón Don Marcelino Iglesias ha inaugurado el Museo de los últimos dinosaurios europeos en Arén (Huesca), que va a poder ser visitado durante todo el verano. Esta exposición es el resultado de la investigación de nuestro grupo Aragosarus desde el año 1997. Esto ha permitido recuperar cientos de huesos de dinosaurios hadrosaurios en niveles geológicos de hace 65 millones de años, es decir poco antes de la caída del meteorito.La exposición realizada por la empresa Ceam cuenta la historia de las actuaciones de excavación, se explica los detalles del trabajo del paleontólogo, se describen las extinciones de la Tierra. Lo más espectacular es un mural gigantesco realizado por Raúl Martín con la reconstrucción de Arén al final del Cretácico. Y por supuesto algunos de los fósiles recuperados en las excavaciones, destacando una veintena de vértebras articuladas de hadrosaurio.Es una exposición muy recomendable a los aficionados a la paleontología y especialmente a los dinosaurios.
